The polypous Hemangioma Originated from Left Anterior Nasal Cavity

Abstract

|
|
Authors experienced 2 cases of polypous hemangioma occurred in the anterior nasal cavity. It has been known that a nasal hemangioma rarely occurs in theanterior, nasal cavily. A review of recent literature related to these cases was discussed. Case 1: A 13 year-old male visited to this hospital with chief complaints of intermittent nasal bleeding and nasal obstruction. Physically nose revealed that anterior portion of the nasal cavity was partially occluded with round pedunculated partially ulcerated mobile mass arising from the anterior lower portion of the nasal septum on the left side. Histopathological examination revealed capillary hemangioma. Case 2: A 34 year-old male visited to this hospital with frequent nasal` bleeding, nasal obstrution and itching sensation. Rhinological examination revealed that thee junction and nasal cavity was occluded with head of index fingersized dark reddish pedunculated polypoid mass. Histopathological-examination% revealed capillary hemangioma.
